• Longevity & Efficiency: Structures are designed to stand for at least 100 years. We incorporate rainwater harvesting, solar water heating, state-of-the-art sewage treatment, and use special UV reflective glass to reduce long-term cooling requirements.
• Mindful Construction: We enforce controlled water usage and strict monitoring of noise/air pollution, adhering to government norms for debris disposal.
