Free classifieds are limited to **1000 characters of plain text**. Premium listings unlock **AI Auto-Created (Editable) content**, meaning our AI can generate compelling ad copy for you, which you can then customize before publishing. Premium ads also have a higher character limit.

On the **Free** plan, you can upload up to **5 images** per classified ad. If you upgrade to the **Premium** plan, this limit increases significantly, allowing you to upload up to **20 images** for a more comprehensive listing.

We accept JPEG, PNG, and GIF formats. For best display quality, we recommend uploading images with a resolution of at least 800x600 pixels. The maximum file size per image is 5MB.

Both the Free and Premium classified ad listings are valid for a period of **1 year**. You will be notified before expiration to allow you to renew your listing.

The **Free** plan restricts you to **Single Selection** for sub-categories. The **Premium** plan grants you **Multiple Selection** access, significantly increasing your ad's visibility across different relevant sections.

Ads must accurately reflect the primary operational city/location of the listed business. Misleading location data may result in your ad being rejected or removed during the moderation process.

Every classified ad page includes a **'Report Ad'** button. Clicking this allows you to submit details of why you believe the ad violates our policies. All reports are investigated by our moderation team.

Yes, you can temporarily hide your ad from search results via your user dashboard by marking it as **'Inactive'**. You can reactivate it at any time within its 1-year validity period.

Premium plans are designed for maximum visibility and marketing control. Key advantages include **Advanced SEO tools**, the ability to include a **Website Link**, higher image limits (20), multi-level referral earnings, and dedicated support.

You can upgrade at any time via your user dashboard or by visiting the **'Paid Features'** page. The system will guide you through the payment process. Your existing ad will automatically gain Premium benefits immediately upon payment confirmation.
