Refund Policy

This policy applies to payments made for Paid Registration on Growfy.in.

1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund of the paid registration amount is possible under two conditions ONLY:

The refund request is made within 30 days from the date of initial paid registration and payment.

The request for cancellation and refund is received by Growfy.in within this 30-day window.

2. Refund Processing

Non-Cash Transactions: All registration transactions are non-cash. Refunds will be processed only to the original source account from which the payment was made. No cash refunds will be issued.

Timeline: Once the refund is approved, the payment will be processed and released within 60 days from the date of approval.

3. Fee Changes

The amount for paid registration is not fixed and may change at any time. Growfy.in will provide prior intimation to users regarding any changes to the paid registration fee.
