Privacy Policy

At Growfy.in, we are deeply committed to protecting your privacy and securing your data. This policy outlines how we handle the information you provide when using our business classified platform.

1. Information Collection and Use

We collect the following unique and essential information:

  • Contact Information: Your unique email address and unique mobile phone number.
  • Identity Information (KYC): Data required for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, as mandated by Indian Government regulations, used solely to process referral earnings withdrawals. This data is not used for marketing.
  • Business Information: Details about your India-based business and the classified content you post.

2. Data Protection and Security

  • Data Security: All registered user data is protected in an encrypted form to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.
  • No Sharing or Selling: We do not share, sell, rent, or misuse any registered user data with any third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.
  • Geographic Restriction: Only India-based businesses can register and post classifieds.

3. Account and Data Deletion

  • Data Deletion Rights: You can delete your account at any time.
  • Instant Deletion: Upon requesting account deletion and granting permission, your data will be instantly and permanently deleted from our server.

4. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify registered users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Growfy.in service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.

Refund Policy

This policy applies to payments made for Paid Registration on Growfy.in.

1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund of the paid registration amount is possible under two conditions ONLY:

  • The refund request is made within 30 days from the date of initial paid registration and payment.
  • The request for cancellation and refund is received by Growfy.in within this 30-day window.

2. Refund Processing

  • Non-Cash Transactions: All registration transactions are non-cash. Refunds will be processed only to the original source account from which the payment was made. No cash refunds will be issued.
  • Timeline: Once the refund is approved, the payment will be processed and released within 60 days from the date of approval.

3. Fee Changes

The amount for paid registration is not fixed and may change at any time. Growfy.in will provide prior intimation to users regarding any changes to the paid registration fee.

Joining and Business Posting Policy

1. Registration and Eligibility

  • Credentials: You must use a unique email ID and a unique mobile number for registration.
  • Business Scope: Only India-based businesses are eligible to post classifieds.
  • Options: You can join as a Free User (cost-free, limited options) or a Paid User (paid registration, more options).

3. Content Liability

  • User Responsibility: Business owners are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content and links they post.
  • Monitoring: While the Growfy.in team checks posted links, this does not transfer responsibility for the content to Growfy.in.
  • AI Content Liability: Paid Users are fully responsible for the final content posted, even if it was initially AI-generated by the Admin. Growfy.in disclaims all liability for any issues arising from the use of AI-made content.

4. Referral Earning Program (REP)

  • Program Status: The REP is not a permanent feature. Growfy.in reserves the right to stop the program at any time without intimating anyone.
  • Withdrawal Limits: Free Users: Minimum withdrawal limit is $$$$$. Paid Users: Minimum withdrawal limit is $$$$$$.
  • Withdrawal Process: KYC Mandate: Withdrawal is conditional upon the complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification of the registered user as per Indian regulations. Timeline: Payments will be processed instantly or may take up to 30 working days.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: Any disputes or claims shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Jurisdiction: All such disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Varanasi, India.

6. Limitation of Liability

Growfy.in will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) incurred by you or any third party arising out of your access to, or use of, the service or classified content. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
